Classification: ANU Officer 2/3 (Administration)
Salary package: $58,422- $ 69,703 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full time, Continuing

The Scholarly Information Services division provides a range of operational, advisory and strategic services to support the University’s research, teaching and administration. The Division consists of ANU Library, University Archives and Records, Digital Repository, and the ANU E-Press. Within SIS, the SIS Facilities team is tasked with enabling timely delivery of materials between branches, monitoring and reporting on the physical condition of SIS spaces, and liaison with other ANU facilities and spaces teams.

Position overview

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Officer, the Facilities Support Assistant plays a key role providing support to the Scholarly Information Services division. This role provides support by assisting SIS staff with maintenance-related tasks, with SIS Work Health and Safety administrative tasks, and through the courier service that enables the transport of physical resources to on- and off-campus destinations in a timely and reliable manner
