OSI Electronics offers turnkey solutions for the full range of assembly complexity. We partner with Customers on Product Development, New Product Introduction, Mass Production, Sustaining Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management. - Lead NPI/PPAP activities for key customer. Manage the product from cradle to grave.
- Provide delivery updates for models in mass-pro after discussing with material planner and production planners
- Main point of contact with customer to discuss project schedules, deliverables and build requirements
- Review Process Costing, Build Report, PPAP Report
- Review DFM/ DFT study and also other validation protocols
- Work with cross functional teams for meeting scope, schedule, cost and quality of products
- Manage product EOL, ECN, obsolesce claim, product transfer, and product sustaining activities such cost reduction, alternatives by working with internal functions
- Liaise and co-ordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfillment
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor limited to program management
- Candidates that are in Executive roles / Engineering roles can be groomed to be Managers

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry as a NPI/ Program/ project executive
- Degree/ Diploma in Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering
- Technical competency to engage customers for specifications and process reviews
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written (Bahasa and English), mature and strong analytical skill.
- Good knowledge of software office tools especially Microsoft excel and power point application
- Good supervisory, project management and cross functional management skills
