Admin Coordinator [United Arab Emirates]


 

As an Administrator with insurance knowledge or experience, you will be an asset in our organization's daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our insurance professionals, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the processing, issuance, and management of insurance policies.

· Prepare, review, and organize insurance documents, including policies, claims, and correspondence.

· Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and delivering excellent customer service.

· Support the claims process, including claims filing, documentation, and follow-up.

· A build to handle English and Arabic correspondence emails, notices, letters etc.

· Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

· Maintain accurate records and databases related to insurance policies and client information.

· Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Shopping.

· Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.

· Organize office operations and procedures.

· Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

· Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

· Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.

· Provide general support to visitors.

· Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.

Qualifications:

  • Arab nationality is a requirement for this position.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of insurance processes and policies is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
