We are looking for a Call/Chat Support Executive to join our team and help us to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries through chat and calls, reaching out to customers on a daily basis, and maintaining customer data on Google Sheets. Make proper records of customer feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information and answering customer question regarding product
- Maintaining customer data on Google Sheets and updating customer records as necessary
- Handling complex customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Continuously improving knowledge of products and services to better assist customers
- Proactively reaching out to specific customers daily to provide them with support and assistance
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu for domestic market and English for International Market
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a customer support role
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously
- You can also join us as an internee, If you have no experience.

- Candidate must be graduate or passed at least 4 semester
