Responsibilities
- Accurately type and format educational content for Notespaedia using computer software
- Ensure consistency in style, formatting, and layout of materials
- Proofread and edit typed materials to correct errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Coordinate with the content team to understand project requirements and deliver completed work within specified deadlines
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the final output meets the desired visual standards
- Maintain and update records of completed work and relevant documentation
Requirements
- Strong typing skills and experience in data entry or typing roles
- Proficient in using computer software for typing and formatting, such as Microsoft Word or similar applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the education industry or with educational content is a plus
