Expedited Sales Representative (Remote)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be adept in e-mail management.
• Familiar with PortPro TMS or a similar software
• Must be willing to work full time in EDT timezone.

Technical Requirements

• Laptop/Desktop with at least 8 GB RAM.
• Internet speed of at least 5-10 Mbps. (LAN connection preferred)
• Headset/Earphones with working microphone for calls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor project delivery timelines.
• Check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives for updates on delivery timelines.
• Ensure customer and interdepartmental for improved coordination of productive operations.
• Answers and responds to any calls from the customer or carrier and provide assistance or important information.
