Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager for a luxury property based in the Gansbaai area.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a restaurant manager
- Grade 12 is essential
- Relevant qualification
- Afrikaans and English speaking
- Must be available to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays (hospitality hours)
- Own transport
- Client services experience is essential
- Able to work under pressure
Key functions:
- Managing staff
- Liaise between FOH and BOH where needed
- Focus on best guest experience
