CALL CENTER AGENT
- The person has the ability to Generate leads and sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales.
- Answering customers' questions about the products. Meeting sales quotas.
Requirements :
- Should be a team player
- Must be Confident
- Xfinity / Comcast / Direct TV / AT&T Experience (Preferred)
- Must Have Excellent English Communication skills
- Fresh & Experienced Both Can Apply
- Available Shifts: Night Shift (7pm to 4am)
