We are Urgently Hiring Telesale Agents
Salary: 60,000 to 75000 per month.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Job Timing: 4pm to 1am and 6pm to 3am.
Job Location: Bahria town, Izmir Town, Lahore.
Qualification: Mini Intermediate to bachelors.
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our telesale team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be fluent in english language
- The candidate has to deal with the USA clients directly.
- Call Center Experience will be preffered in international campaigns like USA,UK.
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Pitches: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to influence potential customers and secure sales.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential as customers.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and share best practices to contribute to the overall success of the telesale team.
