In this position you will be located at our office in central Helsinki and be part of a cross-border team, working with colleagues in both Finland and Sweden, gaining insight into an international and dynamic professional services organization. For the position, we are looking for a person who is diligent and flexible, has an eye for detail and is a true team player.
In your role as a Finance Trainee you will:
- assist with day-to-day operations of accounts payable
- work with other finance related duties
- collaborate with members of the Finance & Reporting team, both in Finland and Sweden
The Finance & Reporting cross-border team consists of around 20 people and you will report to Head of Accounting, based in Helsinki. The position is fixed-term, starting as part-time during spring 2024 (approx. January – May) and continuing full-time for summer 2024, preferably from June to August. We are looking for a person with ongoing university studies, and the role is customized to fit parallel to studies.
You may be the person we are looking for if you
- are in the end of your studies in economics, accounting or other relevant subject
- have some previous experience working in a finance function,
- are precise and have a solution-oriented way of working
- are passionate about your job and have a genuine interest in professional development
- share our values and commitment to providing first-class service
- have good oral and written communication skills in Finnish and English, knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage
