  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Maintaining files
  • Welcoming visitors to your office
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php450.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
