Partnership Program Specialist!

At ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, we're trailblazers in hospitality innovation. As a Partnership Program Specialist, you'll contribute to defining and executing partnership strategies, collaborating with integration partners, and leading ServiceNow Integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with integration partners to ensure seamless alignment and achieve shared objectives.
- Lead ServiceNow Integration projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Craft and execute Go-to-Market strategies for partnerships in collaboration with global teams.
- Develop enablement content for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during project execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with technology partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft office. Any other experience from an ERP system is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with proficiency in productivity tools.
- Fluency in English
