At ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, we're trailblazers in hospitality innovation. As a Partnership Program Specialist, you'll contribute to defining and executing partnership strategies, collaborating with integration partners, and leading ServiceNow Integration projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with integration partners to ensure seamless alignment and achieve shared objectives.
  • Lead ServiceNow Integration projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Craft and execute Go-to-Market strategies for partnerships in collaboration with global teams.
  • Develop enablement content for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during project execution.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with technology partners, serving as the primary point of contact.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft office. Any other experience from an ERP system is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with proficiency in productivity tools.
  • Fluency in English
