Account Manager [Egypt]


 

As an Account Manager at Appgain, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our valued B2B clients in the retail sector.
Your focus will be on understanding clients' needs, ensuring their success with our SaaS solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
You will collaborate closely with our sales, customer support, and product teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to effectively position our SaaS solutions to meet their needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and achieving their goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or services to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide input on renewal and expansion strategies.
- Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback and contribute to product improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in account management or sales in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably within the retail or agency sector.
- Strong understanding of retail and mobile marketing strategies and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Client-focused with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (if required).
