Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Staff Management:
- Provide effective leadership to our club team, including bartenders, servers, and security personnel.
- Cultivate a positive work environment, setting high standards for professionalism and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and address any personnel issues promptly.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the smooth functioning of the night club during operating hours, upholding a high standard of service.
- Manage weekly administrative tasks, including inventory, financial reports, and staff schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective campaigns and promotions.
- Participate in the creation of event concepts and themes to enhance the club's appeal.
- Actively engage with patrons to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Customer Service:
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or nightclub management.
- Strong leadership skills with an approachable and professional demeanor.

- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
