RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Assistant E-commerce Operation Manager Douyin, you are responsible for Douyin Store Livestreaming,
Your main focus : Develop and execute skincare e-commerce strategies that align with company goals and objectives, drive sales and revenue growth through effective management of newly emerged EC channels e.g Douyin, Kuaishou Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales Develop and maintain relationships with KOL s and build up the sales with partners , analyze e-commerce performance data and provide insights into KOL s performance and S eeding short videos Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement, Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Assistant E-commerce Operation Manager Douyin, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry, Proven track record of driving revenue growth through e-commerce channels Excellent communication and collaboration skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret e-commerce performance data In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and trends in the Chinese market, especially newly emerged platforms. E.g Douyin & Kuaishou Skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint
