Our client is a well-established pharmacy company with over 30 years of serving communities across Ireland. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join their team in a busy pharmacy in Dublin.
Position: Pharmacy Manager
Location: Dublin, Co. Dublin
Key Responsibilities: As a Pharmacy Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on the community. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring seamless and efficient workflow.
- Providing expert pharmaceutical advice to customers, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Managing and mentoring a dedicated team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare solutions.
- Monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Pharmacy Manager or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and patient care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions.
- A genuine passion for community health and well being.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
